EMIRATES Shipping Line has announced a rate increase of US$500 per TEU and $1,000 per FEU on all westbound cargo to Middle East region from Far East and South East Asia from November 1.
Emirates, registered in Dubai but administered from Hong Kong, said it was making the increase "in light of recent developments" and "in line with market conditions".
